  • Day 1

Day 1 begins with a 2 hour theory session covering the science behind breath-holding and effecient usage of technique in the water. After which, a 30 minute dry breathing session is conducted to teach you the specific breathing techniques used to maximize your breath-hold in a safe manner. This is followed up by a 3 hour confined water session in the pool where you would learn how to hold your breath and move effeciently in the water while applying basic buddying and safety protocols.

  • Day 2

Day 2 begins with a 2 hour theory session focusing on building your knowledge on freediving in an openwater setting, new topics such as equalization, pressure adaptation and technqiue refinement for depth is introduced. This will then be followed by a 3 hour open water session in whichyou will learn how to freedive to depth in a calm and effecient manner.

  • Day 3

Day 3 consists of 2 open water sessions, during which you will maximize your depth capabilities to dive to up to 20 meters and further refine your technique. You will also learn buddying protocals at different depths an execute multiple rescues scenarios to give you full confidence as an independent freediver.
